The first pass showed that Ridgeway’s booking flow had too many competing calls to action. The redesign direction is to separate planning, review, and payment into clearer steps while keeping the trip summary visible throughout.

The project hub will track decisions at a level that is useful to a client reviewer: enough context to understand why something changed, without turning every update into an internal status report.
